Brooke A. Sines, Associate Broker & Team Leader

She was honored with the prestigious "Rising Star Award" by RE/MAX of Michigan her first year in Real Estate! Brooke A. Sines was born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI. As such, Brooke has first-hand knowledge of several of the neighborhoods and communities in the Grand Rapids and surrounding area. Having graduated from Grand Rapids’ own Davenport University, Brooke carries a degree in Business Management and Business Studies. Over the past thirteen years as an Agent, Brooke has become well-versed in many aspects of consulting and representation. Specializing in communication and negotiation between the buyers and sellers she works with, Brooke focuses on lead generation and marketing/researching for her clients via social marketing, staying updated on current trends and conditions, and continuing her education/training on a constant basis.

Brooke stays in constant contact with and communicates with her Clients throughout the whole searching, buying and/or selling process ... and long after. Technology is a big part of the real estate industry now as many people often search for homes online too. Brooke offers personalized searches, interactive photo tours, online advertising and marketing, and coordinate with Zillow, Trulia, Relator.com, and more. As her parents will tell you - Brooke was raised with great worth ethics and morals ... and it shows!

The Person Behind The Service: 

 

Brooke is a blissful mother of two children; Kendall age 9 and Connor age 6. Her husband, Jason, is a devoted husband and amazing father. Brooke enjoys socializing and entertaining by nature, which her family shares that desire. On a nice day, you will find the Sines Family boating, biking, snowmobiling or enjoying the outdoors. Whereas during a rainy day, Brooke would be cooking or baking with her children, crafting as a part of her “Mommy School” projects with the kids, crocheting, reading, or, recently, playing Legos with the kiddos as well. Travel and leisure are an important part of creating memories for this family too!

Adam J. Sims

Adam Sims has always loved working closely with people; from management, to teaching and coaching, he has been helping people his whole professional career. Adam also has a lot of interest in the architectural design and construction of different houses. He loves having the opportunity to help his customers sell their unique homes or find just the right home to buy.


Adam is very customer focused and works diligently to satisfy his customer’s needs. Accordingly, his customers value his determination, honesty and communication throughout the entire buying / selling process.


Outside of real estate, Adam’s other passions include his faith, his family, volunteering, and sports like soccer and golf. When he is not working, you may find Adam somewhere on the water relaxing or at home spending time with his family.


At work, Adam is most passionate about finding the perfect home, “the dream home,” for his customers. He thinks one of the most exciting things about his career is being able to watch first hand, how Grand Rapids continues to grow. Having the opportunity to be a part of this great city’s growth, while meeting great customers and families along the way, is an added bonus for him. Adam plans to continue to build a legacy of honesty and hard work, making his mark in the real estate industry.

I grew up in Kentwood, MI and graduated from East Kentwood High School in 2007.  I played soccer and football during my time there. I am  happily married to my lovely wife Lindsey. We have two daughters; Alexis, who is ten and Emerson, who is three. You will find me with my family most days if I am not working. I have a few hobbies I enjoy doing in my down time. My hobbies include golfing, playing soccer, spending time on the water, playing games, and drawing. The most important thing in my life is Lindsey, my wife. I could not do it all without her. 

Darren E. DeFever

 As a licensed Realtor and Entrepreneur/Investor, Darren has always looked at real estate as more than just selling and buying homes. There truly is a bigger picture that gets over looked. It’s the houses, parks, local businesses, and schools that make up the community. It’s the community you’re buying into and investing in, the location and everything that surrounds it.

Before pursuing a career in Real Estate, Darren worked six years as a Plastics Engineer & Production Manager for an Injection Molding Company. He has always had a passion and interest in real estate, architecture, and development.

In his free time, Darren's energy has always been centered on friends and family. He enjoys fishing, camping, boating and tubing, golfing, breweries, and sporting events. 

Matt R. Morrison

Matt Morrison is proud to call Grand Rapids his home. He prides himself on being knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, hot spots, and hidden gems that West Michigan has to offer. He is excited about the continuous growth of the city and is always eager to help home buyers find their perfect home. 


He understands that we live in a fast-paced technology-driven world; however, Matt is passionate about building and maintaining lasting relationships based on trust and integrity. Mary C. Noles

  

Mary has always had an affinity for everything “home”: architecture, interior design, and real estate. In 2016, after moving with her husband to put roots down in their favorite city—Grand Rapids—it was perfect timing to pursue this passion in helping others find their home in beautiful west Michigan. As part of the Grand Allure Home Team at RE/MAX of Grand Rapids, this passion shines through her unparalleled level of care and attention she shows her clients.


Prior to real estate, Mary started her career path as a professional graphic designer and creative director gaining over seven years of experience working with companies of all sizes, from startups to large corporations, on their individual needs, wants, and must-haves for every unique project. No client and project are the same, and that’s exactly how she approaches real estate. She is here for uniquely Y-O-U and to come alongside you in this exciting life event of becoming a new homeowner, whether you’re a first time homebuyer or ready for that next purchase.

Mary and her husband reside in historic Cherry Hill with their German Shepherd, Hugo, and are expecting a baby girl in August! Loree Bosman, Client Care Coordinator

 

Loree Bosman is committed to customer service excellence.  She ensures that each client receives personalized care.  In her role as Client Care Coordinator, she enjoys engaging with each customer and identifying customer oriented process improvements. 


Loree’s role to the team is crucial to ensure that all aspects of the real estate transaction are completed effectively and efficiently.  She is dedicated to facilitating a smooth transaction for all involved in the process. 


Loree has a genuine passion to plan, organize and implement.   As a mother of five children, these skills have been tested and perfected

Alicia Munro, Transaction Coordinator

Alicia Munro is a motivated and hardworking team member who always goes above and beyond to make the real estate transaction process as smooth as possible for all parties involved. Her top priority as a Transaction Coordinator is to provide the highest level of support to the Grand Allure Home Group and all their clients.


Alicia was born and raised on the eastside of Michigan and decided to further her education, here in Grand Rapids, at Grand Valley State University. The organization, planning, and time management skills that she learned from being a student helps her in the day to day activities she faces everyday as a Transaction Coordinator. 

Lisa Koole, Team Support Coordinator

 

Lisa Koole has a passion for helping others which is reflected in whatever  task she is given as the Team Support member. She provides a variety of  services including creating flyers, putting out For Sale signs, and  preparing for an open house. She enjoys working with each realtor to  ensure a smooth process of listing and selling each home. She knows each  listing is important and requires the same attention to detail. 


Lisa  grew up in West Michigan and currently resides in the Wyoming area with  her husband. After working as a secretary for 8 years her efficiency  and organizational skills grew, and she is excited to put them to use as  a Team Support member to help others achieve their goals

Jordan Mulonas, Marketing Coordinator

Jordan Mulonas is hardworking and strives to always do her best, no matter the situation. She has previously worked in marketing in the medical field. She is enthusiastic about marketing and graphic design. Real estate provides a large platform for marketing, and Jordan plans to take advantage of it. 


Jordan grew up on the east side of the state, but moved to Allendale in 2018 to continue her education. She plans to have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing from Grand Valley State University.
