Brooke is a blissful mother of two children; Kendall age 9 and Connor age 6. Her husband, Jason, is a devoted husband and amazing father. Brooke enjoys socializing and entertaining by nature, which her family shares that desire. On a nice day, you will find the Sines Family boating, biking, snowmobiling or enjoying the outdoors. Whereas during a rainy day, Brooke would be cooking or baking with her children, crafting as a part of her “Mommy School” projects with the kids, crocheting, reading, or, recently, playing Legos with the kiddos as well. Travel and leisure are an important part of creating memories for this family too!
Mary has always had an affinity for everything “home”: architecture, interior design, and real estate. Jenny arrived in real estate after working in the healthcare field for a decade. She has always loved meeting new people and helping people! Derek Zander has had an interest in real estate since high school! After working in the customer service industry for several years, he decided it was time to make a change in his career and follow his passion for helping people and building relationships in the real estate industry. Derek is originally from Ionia and graduated from Ionia High School but moved to Grand Rapids to be closer to city-life. Family and friends mean the most to him and you can always find him in his free time spending time with family and friends.
Josh Cohen has always been passionate about helping people. In high school, Josh volunteered with Friendship Circle, where youth were paired with individuals with special needs to help create meaningful relationships in both people’s lives. In college, Josh volunteered with the Adolescent Diversion Project, mentoring youth with substance abuse issues. After college, Josh continued to work toward his goal of working in a profession centered around helping people. He moved to Grand Rapids, and immediately began working at Elder’s Helper’s, a non-profit organization that pairs caretakers with geriatric individuals, to enrich the lives of the elderly, and help them with basic hygiene, housekeeping and daily tasks that they could not accomplish themselves.
When Josh discovered real estate, he fell in love with the idea of being able to help people make some of the biggest financial investments in their lives-- finding their forever homes, downsizing to more manageable homes, and helping people acquire investment properties to enrich not only their lives but also adding income from passive investments.

Josh was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He attained a bachelor's degree in Psychology at Michigan State University in East Lansing, before moving to Grand Rapids where he has been for the past four years. Lisa Koole has a passion for helping others which is reflected in whatever task she is given as the Team Support member. She provides a variety of services including creating flyers, putting out For Sale signs, and preparing for an open house. She enjoys working with each realtor to ensure a smooth process of listing and selling each home. She knows each listing is important and requires the same attention to detail.
Lisa grew up in West Michigan and currently resides in the Wyoming area with her husband. After working as a secretary for 8 years her efficiency and organizational skills grew, and she is excited to put them to use as a Team Support member to help others achieve their goals.
